Period diet helps you deal with the discomfort that comes with the menstruation. - Spicy foods
Try as much as possible to stay away from spicy foods when you are menstruating. Spicy foods just like processed foods will result in bloating and stomach upsets.
When you are menstruating, you tend to lose blood and when you lose blood it lowers your blood pressure and this increases the chances of alcohol’s side effects. Avoiding alcohol during this period will save you such problems.
