You’ll see yourself as a failure because you have not been able to resist the temptation and, at the same time, the sugar hasn’t made you happy but made you want more sugar again and your belief that you can’t live without it has been reinforced. As a result of trying to quit with the willpower method, you’re more addicted than you were before.
And when you fail many times using willpower instead of seeing sugar for what it is , you may think that you’ve an addictive personality.
