1 large onion chopped Onion
1 fresh pepper chopped (optional) Bell Pepper
3 large ripe tomatoes chopped Ripe tomatoes

    Beef Wet Fry is an easy, delicious recipe to prepare. It can be served with ugali, mukimo or rice alongside a cold smoothie.

    Put the meat in a bowl and marinate with one spoonful of vinegar then leave it to marinate to your preferred time. You can add other ingredients like soy sauce.

    •Put the meat in a pot, add a little water with grounded ginger and salt then bring to boil and simmer on very low heat for about 15 mins to 20 mins or until all the water has evaporated.

    Start stirring the meat to make sure it is completely dry.

    •To the meat in the pot, add a spoonful of vegetable oil, onions, chili and fry until the onions turn slightly brown.

    Add choma sauce and tomatoes then stir until tomatoes are soft enough.

    Add dhania and allow it to simmer for 3 minutes.
