Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 Well deep fried Fish
1/2 grated carrot Carrots
a 1/2 glass of milk Milk
2 large tomatoes nicely diced Tomatoes
2 Onions well chopped Onions
1 nicely diced hoho Hoho
table spoonfull Fish Masala
a 1/4 glass Soy sauce
3 cloves of garlic Garlic
Nicely chopped Dhania
2 glasses Water
2 Serving spoons Vegetable oil
2 green peppers well chopped Green pepper

    Carrot Fish with Milk is a rare meal, but if you are someone that loves exploring new ideas you do not want to miss out on this. It can be served with ugali, mukimo or rice alongside a cold smoothie.

    Steps

    Heat your cooking pan under low fire for about 1 minute then add 2 serving spoons of Vegetable oil.

    Add your well crushed garlic and table spoonful salt and stir for about 30 seconds then add the nicely chopped onions and stir until they turn golden brown.

    Add soy sauce and fish masala and stir for 30 seconds.

    Add tomatoes, hoho and green pepper then allow to cook for 3 minutes.

    Add your nicely grated carrot, let it cook for a minute then add 2 glasses of water for soup. Let it cook until the soup is thick enough.

    After you confirm that the soup is thick enough, add the 1/2 glass of milk and allow to cook for 3 minutes

    Finally sprinkle the well chopped dhania on your stew and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
