1 kg Beef
4 Onions
3 Green pepper
2 spoonfuls Vegetable oil
1 bunch Dhania
to taste Salt
2 spoonfuls Vinegar
2 spoonfuls Soy sauce
1 spoonful grounded paste Ginger
1 spoonful grounded paste Garlic
1 Hoho

    Dry fry beef is a favorite meal for most people especially when it is served with ugali and a cold smoothie. You just need a perfect guideline on how to prepare this type of meal and you will have a delicious meal.

    Start by marinating your well diced and tenderized beef. Add vinegar, soy sauce, garlic and ginger to the beef in a bowl. Mix slowly to ensure the ingredients mix well with the beef. Leave it to marinate to your preferred time. The longer you marinate, the sweeter it becomes. This could last to even a day

    Set the cooking pan on low fire then add the marinated beef to the pan and stir until it is dry and all the water in the beef has evaporated

    Add vegetable oil and salt to taste then stir for 2 minutes

    Add the onions and continue stirring until they become golden brown. This could go up to 7 minutes

    Add hoho(capsicum) and continue stirring until your beef is now crunchy

    Finally add dhania (coriander) and stir for the next 1 minute to ensure perfect mixing of beef with dhania
