1 large Onion
to taste Salt
2 Green pepper
1 bunch Coriander
1 serving spoonful Vegetable oil
2 tablespoonful Vinegar
2 tablespoonful Soy sauce
Of your choice Seasoning
1 Hoho

    Dry fry Omena is a recipe that you can achieve on a lazy day when you need a quick fix. Best served with ugali and a cold smoothie. Get to know how to  prepare omena fry with lemon and deep fried omena also.

    Wash your omena in look warm water then leave to dry for 3 minutes

    In a bowl, carefully mix omena with vinegar, soy sauce and salt then leave for about 2 minutes for better results

    Set your cooking pot on low heat and add vegetable oil, let it heat for a minute

    Add onions and stir until golden brown then add the nicely sliced hoho and stir for 2 minutes

    Add omena and stir for a minute then add pepper and the seasonings of your choice. Add coriander then stir until your meal is ready
