Fried eggs are very delicious. Best served for breakfast with tea and yams for a natural feel.

Heat a non stick pan on low heat then add vegetable oil

Crack your egg into the pan and allow it to cook for a minute or until the white edge has formed around the yolk

Using your flattened cooking spoon flip the egg onto the other side and let it cook for a minute
