    Fried Sukuma with Onions is an easy meal to fix and can go along with most dishes.

    Wash your Sukuma Wiki then drain all the water.

    Heat your cooking pan then add Vegetable oil and allow to heat for a minute.

    Add your nicely chopped onion and salt then stir until the onions turn to golden brown.

    Add Sukuma Wiki and stir then allow it to cook for about 5 minutes.

    Serve alongside your preferred stew or with ugali.
