    Kenyan Ugali, being the staple food of Kenyans is a common meal in most families especially for dinner. Ugali can be served with different stews like wet fry beef, dry fry beef, dry fry pork, wet fry pork, fish, omena, eggs, spinach, kales ,mushroom and a cold smoothie

    Add water to your sufuria and heat till the water starts boiling.

    Add a handful flour when the water starts boiling and start stirring slowly using a sturdy wooden spoon.

    Continue adding flour slowly as you stir until the ugali starts pulling away from the side of the sufuria and an aroma of roasted corn takes up.

    Using the sturdy wooden spoon serve the ugali onto a serving plate and shape it into a round disk.

    Serve while hot with a stew.
