3 spoonfuls Vinegar
2 spoonfuls Soy sauce
3 leaves Rosemary
1/2 Lemon
2 crushed cloves Garlic
1 crushed cube Ginger
2 poonfuls Honey
A little pinch Salt

Rinse your chopped meat, drain it completely then place the chops in a bowl
