Omelette recipe is a perfect idea especially when you want to eat it as snack or as breakfast. You can add to the omelette any filling of your choice such as left over kales or spinach, salmon or mushroom.

Crack the egg yolks then whisk the eggs in a bowl

Add salt and pepper seasoning and mix well. You can then add any other ingredient of your choice such as coriander, tomatoes or vegetables

Put your cooking pan on low heat then add vegetable oil and spread well through the surface of the pan. Let it heat for 1 minute

Add your whisked eggs to the pan and spread carefully by swirling the pan. Let it heat for 1 minute then using your flat cooking spoon, flip the egg and allow to heat for another 1 minute

You can now toss it carefully to ensure complete cooking

Remove your omelette from the pan and fold it once. Add any filling of your choice and enjoy
