    Scrambled eggs if well prepared could be a great vibe with ugali for your perfect dinner. You just need to follow the steps carefully and achieve a perfect meal.

    Crack the egg shells carefully making sure there are no particles of the shells in your eggs.

    In a bowl, whisk the eggs until they are completely mixed.

    Add the quarter glass mayonnaise to your whisked eggs for creaminess and mix then add salt to taste.

    Set your cooking pan on low heat and add vegetable oil.

    Add onions and stir until they turn golden brown.

    Add tomatoes, hoho and green pepper then allow to cook for 2 minutes so that they soften well, then stir for 1 more minute.

    Add your whisked eggs and allow to cook for 2 minutes then turn properly and also allow to cook for 2 minutes. Start stirring slowly and carefully so that the eggs do not become watery.

    Finally add dhania and stir for 1 minute to allow mixing of your dhania into your meal.
