    Stir Fried Mushrooms is a rare meal in most homes but a good explore to shock your taste buds. Try it out and enjoy the goodness. It can be served with ugali, rice with spinach toppings alongside a cold smoothie.

    Set the pan over heat and add oil. Sprinkle in cumin seeds and let them fry for a few seconds.

    Add in chopped onions and mushrooms. Let them cook for 10 mins. Keep on stirring until the onions turns golden brown and soft.

    Season with garam masala, add garlic, ginger and chilli (optional), stir to mix very well. Sprinkle salt and remove after 2 minutes

    On your clear pan, fry onion slices as you add turmeric in some oil and a little broth left behind. Stir until golden brown. Serve the mushroom how with the onions on top
