Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1/2 kg Pork
1 Onion
1 Tomato
to taste Salt
1 spoonful Vinegar
1 spoonful Soy sauce
1/2 Lemon
1 cube Ginger
1 clove Garlic
of your choice Seasoning
1 serving spoonful Vegetable oil
2 Green pepper
1/2 Capsicums
1 bunch Coriander

    Wet fry pork is one of the meals you definitely feel excited when preparing because your taste buds love meat products. Serve with  ugali, rice or mukimo.

    Steps

    Start by marinating your pork chops. In a bowl of pork chops add vinegar, soy sauce, and a pinch of salt then mix slowly

    Add crushed ginger and garlic. You can use their powdered forms. Mix again

    Squeeze lemon juice on top of the marinade and mix then leave it for at least 30 minutes. The longer you marinate the better

    After you marinate put the pork in a cooking pot and bring the pot to heat (low heat)

    Let all the water to evaporate then start stirring. In case the pork has too much fat do not add vegetable oil. If there is no fat add vegetable oil and continue stirring.

    Add onions and stir until the onions are golden brown and the pork appears crunchy

    Add tomato, capsicum and pepper then stir until the tomato is completely crashed

    Now add any seasoning of your choice and cover the pot for the flavors to mix well with your pork

    Finally add coriander and stir for a minute
